Terms & Conditions

Cumbria DJ Store aim to reply to all email contact within 2 hours during normal business hours and we will endevour to answer any queries you may have by email or telephone.

When placing your order via our website you will receive an immediate email confirmation, should you have any queries regarding this please contact us immediately.  We also enclose a copy of your receipt with the delivery for your records.

All products are subject to availability, all items shown should be in stock. In the event of an item not being in stock we will contact you to advise you.

All products are covered by the manufactures warranty.

Claims for non-delivery or damaged goods must be notified to us within 7 days from expected date of delivery. Claims will not be accepted after that time. Goods which are deemed faulty on arrival will be collected by our courier for replacement or refund.

Terms which apply to mail order consumers as defined in the Consumer protection (distance selling) Regulations 2000.The consumer shall, subject to the terms set out in this clause, have the right to cancel on order within 14 working days from the day after the goods are delivered by the company provided we receive written notice of such cancellation.

If a consumer exercises his/her right to cancel. Consumer will be responsible for return of goods back to us. Cumbria Dj Store shall reimburse any payment made within 14 days from the date he/she gave such notice of cancellation. The consumer shall not be entitled to a repayment in the event that:-

* he/she does not take reasonable care of the goods pre or post cancellation. for the purposes of this clause, a consumer shall be deemed not to have taken reasonable care of the goods if such goods are not kept packed in their original box, with all accessories, manuals and interconnects and the internal or external packaging is damaged in any way or the goods are marked, damaged or not in the same condition in which they were sold.

The consumer is responsible for the cost in returning any unwanted items.

We will only price match against UK authorised dealers. We do not match the prices of dealers abroad. We reserve the right to refuse a price match if it is deemed not commercially viable.

Products packed in Blister Packs (sealed plastic), cannot be returned if the blister pack has been opened.

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
