The Pioneer XDJ-R1 is an all in one controller allowing DJ's to perform straight out the box, with minimum setup and no need for other equipment this self-contained unit features two CD drawers, two touch sensitive jog wheels and a two channel mixer, also included is a massive range of built in effects and performance features.
The Pioneer XDJ-R1 incorporates a wide source range of media formats, by uploading via USB or CD the XDJ-R1 supports formats of MP3, AAC, WAV, AIFF (only MP3, WAV and AIFF can be played from CD).
Additional features to the Pioneer XDJ-R1 are:
- AUTO BEAT LOOP function enables songs to be looped automatically at a specified BPM
- QUANTISE function automatically corrections divergence from specified BPM when using AUTO BEAT LOOP or BEAT FX
- Equipped with independent 3-band isolator

- Environmentally-friendly "Auto Standby Function" that switches the power to standby mode when there is no operation or input for a certain period of time.
A unique feature with the XDJ-R1 is the power to mix and control effects remotely with the Rekordbox app for iPhone and iPad. When using the XDJ-R1 with the app they will create a private wireless network for the DJ to load, mix tracks as well as apply effects, and auto beat loops, hot cues and samples.
